Andy began his working career back in 1983 by establishing a “lifestyle” business, working from a garage at his home in a small Leicestershire village.

Fast forward 37 years, this lifestyle business had become one of the leading janitorial supply houses within the UK, Admiral Cleaning Supplies Limited.

Throughout the trials and tribulations of that journey, Andy gained valuable first-hand experience of being at the helm of an entrepreneurial, driven company but still held an unrivalled work ethic and dedication to the business and, importantly, the people within it.
Those same principals and values will form a strong part of any future investment strategies and business opportunities that ABRA Holdings help develop for their shareholders and key stakeholders.
Richard has always been driven to succeed within a fast paced growing environment. He started his corporate career learning Sales with Lyreco, spending 10 Years, rising from New Business Sales through to heading up their Strategic and National Accounts.

After moving on from Lyreco Richard spent 15 years within the large multi-faceted OCS business and as Sales Director in many of their acquisitions and more challenging businesses. He was recognised as a growth specialist and someone who would go into businesses with issues that required turnaround. His experience in acquisition and divestiture of business is extensive.

Richard’s mantra is that people build businesses, and this remains at the heart of everything he does. Being able to add value and business culture will be a huge part of any future investment strategies and future partnerships.
