Richard joined Andy at Admiral Cleaning Supplies in 2017 and they jointly embarked on a ‘Growth Program’ to take ACS from around £11m per annum turnover to £20m in an 18 month period.

In July 2018, they both predicated the Sale of Admiral Cleaning Supplies to a Private Equity business based in Canada and agreed to continue within the business to drive a number of key acquisitions. In March 2018, they acquired a small Hygiene business and in October 2018 acquired a major National Hygiene Provider.
On exiting the business in 2020, the UK business turned over £50M per Annum.
Over the past 12 months Andy and Richard have been establishing an investment strategy, supporting:
